Your domain is paid for and owned by you directly. We manage it on your behalf as part of your plan. Any third-party tools or services are either included in your monthly plan or passed on to you at cost. Professional email (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.co.uk) is separate and stays in your name. We confirm this in writing before anything starts.

Any build works with any level, with a £49 minimum. Storage above your plan's limit is £10 per extra 5GB, and dev support beyond your monthly hours is £45/hour, both confirmed before any work starts. Bespoke and Plus builds get a custom care level, scoped to what they need to run reliably.

Two separate things. The build is a one-time price to design and build your site, and you own it from day one. The Care Plan is a simple monthly plan that keeps it hosted, secure, monitored, and improving, and gives you the Studio Hub. You pay for the build once, then pick a Care Plan level that suits you.
Yes. Care levels are chosen independently of your build, with a £49 minimum. We recommend Essential for a Presence build, Growth for Studio, and Pro for Plus, but you decide. Bespoke and Plus builds have a custom care level scoped to what they need.
Yes. Because you have paid for your build and own it, there is no minimum term and no lock-in. Care Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice. Annual Care is paid upfront at a discount and runs the full 12 months with no partial refund if you cancel early, and does not renew automatically. If you ever leave, we hand over everything that belongs to your business within 24 hours.
The Studio Hub is your private client portal, one place to keep track of everything we do for your site: analytics, site health and uptime, security and performance reports, invoices, and the quotes we send you. You can raise a request from it any time and we take it from there. It is included in every Care Plan. This is separate from your own site backend, where you log in to manage content and track enquiries.
No. We write and structure the pages. You give us your services, prices, what your business does, where you are based, and any existing materials, photos, old site copy, anything you have. We take it from there, write the pages, and you review and approve before anything goes live.
Presence suits new businesses and sole traders that need a professional website with clear service information, local SEO, contact forms, and appointment request forms. Studio is for businesses that need full content control and stronger enquiry flows: full CMS with custom page templates so you can add as many pages, blogs, and FAQs as you need yourself, multi-step quote forms, service-area postcode lookup, stronger local SEO, and an enquiry dashboard. Neither build includes a full live booking system, CRM, or shop by default. Those are scoped under Plus or quoted as add-ons.
Most standard projects take around four weeks from the first call to launch. That covers discovery, design, build, content setup, CMS setup, testing, and your handover walkthrough. More involved Studio or Plus projects can take longer. You get the timeline before committing.
Then you do not pay. The free homepage mockup is risk-free. If it is not right for your business, just tell us. There is no charge and no obligation.
No lock-in. Sites are built on Next.js and Payload CMS, both open-source and widely used. Any developer who knows Next.js can maintain or continue the work. If you ever leave, we hand over the full codebase, a complete database export, all media files, and any third-party access we hold on your behalf, within 24 hours, no questions asked.
